Menopause is a developmental stage.
It is natural. It is your body doing exactly what it is meant to do.
Our body’s preparation for menopause, peri-menopause, can happen for many years. Our body’s adjustment post menopause can also happen for many years. Although the word menopause means the same for every woman: the ceasing of her menstrual cycle; the way in which each body navigates this stage is unique.
Did you know that social expectations, past traumas, menopause narratives, nutrition, stress, your sleep habits, your friendships, how you exercise, the way you view ageing and more will affect how you transition into menopause and beyond?
All these will shape the way your body and mind will either flow through or struggle through during this transition.
The good news is that you can change your relationship with menopause and find deep wisdom in this pathway. Dancing into Menopause will show you how.
This life changing course will help you to embrace this transition in a way that nurtures your unique constitution, supports you to release fear, regrets, worry and helps you to move forward with self love, hope and inspiration.
This is such a special course. I am so thrilled to offer this to you.
It includes a support group, guest presenters who specialise in women’s health, a somatic movement approach to working with our bodies through this transition, support for sleep, guided meditations, plus a weekend yoga & healing retreat Nov 25, 26 & 27 at Nobel River Estate in Dwellingup with specialist catering that supports women’s hormones during this transition.
There are only 12 places! I’ve kept it small so that I can hold space for each of you and integrate you into a supportive and loving group.

Margaret is a gifted practitioner. She is a Wife, a Mother of grown children, a Naturopath, Yoga teacher, Nurse and a Sound Healer.
Margaret has had a long held interest in the health of Mind, Body & Spirit and this informs the way she works with people: by working with all three aspects Margaret finds that people can reclaim their wellbeing. She works deeply with the Healing Power of Nature and believes that when given the right conditions we have the capacity to heal ourselves and thrive!
The way Margaret works is truly holistic: through Naturopathy she works with the foundations of health – Diet, Lifestyle, Sleep, Mental & Emotional state, Nature, Environment, Connection & Movement then uses the supporting and tonifying power of herbs, flower essences, nutrient dense foods and supplements to help people at whatever stage they are in, emotionally, mentally and physically.
Margaret also understands the power of Yoga in helping people to find strength, pliability, regulate energy, support the Nervous System, Nurture and nourish themselves. This is important as it enables people to begin to experience an empowered relationship with their body – one where they connect into strength, pliability and ability which can titrate and heal symptoms. Sound Relaxation helps clients to go into deep states of rest and relaxation that they may never have experienced previously.
Margaret’s deep desire is for as many people as possible to discover their inner power and understand that high level wellbeing and vitality is theirs to create.
“My name is Michelle and this is my story,
I have been fascinated in all things spiritual since I can ever remember and received my first tarot deck at 11 years old, it’s been a long and interesting relationship since then!
Astrology came later, at 18 I joined the Theosophical Society and learned a variety of crafts including Jungian Dream Psychology, Numerology and Astrology, of which Astrology became my passion. Years of study both technically and personally have brought me to who/where I am today.
My past working life as a psychologist and counsellor in disability and suicide support work has provided me with a platform of compassion and understanding of just how tricky and challenging life can be.
My love affair with Bach Flower Essences began 12 years ago when I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of the cervix. I was told I had 6 months left to live. I intuitively knew that I was meant to live for longer. The Oncologist wanted to begin treatment on me immediately but I told him to give me 3 months to try to start healing myself. He wasn’t happy about it, but he did. I left his rooms and collapsed on the pavement outside, overcome with fear and grief yet a voice inside me was steadfast about finding my own healing path.
This was the beginning of an incredible time of healing for my feminine, which you can hear more about in the podcast interview with Liz.
Menopause for me has been a breeze, I think it’s due to the earlier soul work I had done. Of course there are some symptoms that I experience but I know how to manage them.
What I am passionate about is the astrological significance of a feminine soul moving through this transition. It’s an incredible transition. But what happens in terms of astrology is that menopause is an opportunity for us to heal that which we haven’t yet healed. Literally. This is your chance to shed habits, traumas, belief systems and to reconnect into your body in a very powerful way.”
