This is a guided meditation to help you to find safety in your body and peace in your mind. Each time we meditate in this way we create tone in our ventral vagus nerve, which helps us to regulate our nervous system in times of distress. You'll need a comfy space to lay down and any props that may support you, such as a blanket if it's cold, a pillow for your head, a bolster under your knees etc. You might like to consider doing some stretches first if your body is feeling wound up or stressed - ...
