One of the things that perpetuates anxious feelings is that we experience them in our body and this can deeply affect our ability to embrace life. In this series, you’ll learn how to reconnect into your body in ways that can actually help you to release anxiety, get grounded, and be in the present moment with acceptance, peace and profound empowerment.
This is a 6-session series in which you can do over a 12 week period from the day of purchase.
